How much space does the booth need?

Booths need a minimum of 10ft x 10ft space with expectation to the inflatable enclosed booth which requires a minimum 15x15ft space.

Does the booth require electricity?

Yes. A standard outlet is required and must be within 20ft from the booth. We offer a complimentary mini generator that can last up to 3 hours. Generator must be booked 2 weeks prior to the event.

Does the booth require internet access?

A Internet connection is needed to operate the equipment, which we provide. If the internet coverage is spotty, images may take up to 24 hours to deliver.

How many guest fit on the 360 booth?

The weight limit is 600 pounds. Depending on the size of each individual you can potentially get up to 6 people at once.

Can the booths be placed outdoors?

Yes, under certain conditions. The weather must not be extremely hot and the ground must not be be wet. We do not operate in the rain.

What time do you arrive?

We arrival 90 minutes prior to your rental time. It takes approximately 45 to set up and 30 minutes to break down at the end of the rental. If you wish for us to set up early there is a $45 fee. This is ideal for weddings and quinceañeras if you'd rather we not arrange the setup during the ceremony.

How will guest receive their images?

All images can be received via QR codes, email, text, and Airdrop. Prints are available.

Is a backdrop required?

Backdrops are not required. If you are provided your own backdrop recommend a minimum height of 7ft and width of 5ft. (ask about our discount for supplying your own backdrop)

Will there be a booth attendant?

Some packages do not included an attendant. Our booths are very user friendly and do not require an attendant. Attendants can be added $40/hour.

How many pictures can we take?

Unlimited. You and your guest can take unlimited photos, GIFS, and boomerangs. You can also add unlimited videos.

What is required to book a booth?

We require a signed contract and $100 retainer. The remaining balance is due to 7 days before the event.
